Our goal is to ensure that items reach our customers as quickly as possible. We guarantee that all items are dispatched as soon as possible. To achieve this, a series of measures are in place to ensure agile and secure shipping.
We provide a tracking code so customers can monitor the delivery progress of their order.
Order deadline
The deadline for placing an order is 2:00 PM (GMT-03:00) Brasília Standard Time (São Paulo). It is important to respect this time, as after it, the shipping process will already be underway. This ensures that handling and transit times are optimized, providing customers with faster and more efficient delivery.
Handling and transit time (ESTIMATED DELIVERY SCHEDULES)
All products available in the store are shipped directly from our suppliers abroad (Switzerland, Sweden, United States, and China) to the address provided at the time of purchase.
Handling time is estimated at 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit time can take 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday) for Free Shipping (economy) or;
Transit time can take up to 5 business days (Monday to Friday) for Express Shipping with a fixed fee of R$ 12.90.
It is important to note that these deadlines do not include holidays or scheduled service interruptions, which may delay the arrival of the order.
Products will be shipped by Correios or another carrier. There will always be a Tracking Code that will allow the customer to monitor the delivery progress. The tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as it is available to the store (YOUR STORE). The tracking code may take 5 to 10 days to start showing shipping information on the Correios website.

Shipping calculation:
To check the shipping cost and time, simply select the desired items and click "Add to Cart." Then, enter your ZIP code, and the system will automatically calculate the cost and delivery time.
Shipping in multiple packages:
In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages and shipments, depending on the type, quantity, and weight of the items in your order. Don't worry, you will not be charged for additional packages and shipments beyond the amount shown at checkout.

We work with reliable partners to ensure the security and speed of your item delivery. Additionally, it is important to be aware of regional restrictions and holidays, which may delay the receipt of your shipment. To avoid unforeseen circumstances, always check with your local postal service for possible interruptions or restrictions.
In summary, our goal is to ensure that items arrive in record time, with security and convenience for our customers. By following our guidelines, you will be assured of efficient and satisfactory delivery.
The store guarantees order delivery. We are responsible for refunding the full amount paid for products that are lost or misplaced during the delivery process. All products are posted with insurance against loss and free online tracking, so the delivery of your product is 100% guaranteed.
"If the product is delayed and not delivered within 60 business days of posting, excluding cases beyond the store's control, the amount paid will be 100% refunded on that date."
Recipient Absent:
Ensure that someone will be at the address to receive your products. Correios makes three delivery attempts. If no one is at the address to receive the order on any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the Correios agency closest to the address, and, in this case, the package recipient will need to pick it up at the Correios agency within 7 calendar days. If the package recipient does not pick it up, by Correios policy, the package will be returned to the sender, requiring payment of new shipping costs for re-shipment of the product.
All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Correios agency where the recipient should pick up their package in case of absence at the address, are registered in the order tracking, which can be monitored on the Correios website using the tracking code provided by the store.
In case delivery cannot be made due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund; payment of new shipping costs, in the amount of R$ 55 (shipping cost + Correios fee), will be required for re-shipment of the product.
