In most cases, we process refunds once the order reaches the recipient. The delivery time is usually 3 to 7 days via Correios (Brazilian Post Office). After receipt, the team contacts the customer for the refund.

If the purchase was made by bank slip (boleto), the refund will be processed through the payment platform on the website, which is also indicated on the bank slip issued at the time of purchase. For purchases made by credit card, the refund will appear on the next invoice upon submission of proof to the Help Center.
